Tip 1
No heat? First check the electrical breaker to see if it's tripped. Check to make sure that the emergency switch is on.

Tip 2
Garbage disposal not working? Hit the reset button on the bottom of the unit.

If you have a Natural or LP gas furnace you should have a Carbon Monoxide Detector. A furnace not working properly could let unsuspecting carbon monoxide into your home, which could cause serious illness to you and your family.
